Barbie Mariposa or also known as Barbie: Mariposa and her Butterfly Fairy Friends is a part of the Barbie Fairytopia Adventures and was released after Barbie Fairytopia: Magic of the Rainbow.
The animated film was based from the storyline and screenplay written by Elise Allen and was directed by Conrad Helten under the distribution of Universal Studios Home Entertainment.
This is the first of the Barbie Animated Series which does not voice Kelly Sheridan as the protagonist.
The plot of the film centred on Mariposa, a butterfly fairy and Elina’s friend who was able to save Flutterfield.
